Here’s how it works. Get rid of one thing on March 1. Two on March 2. Three on March 3. So forth & so on.

Anything goes!
Toiletries. Paperwork. Clothes. Books. Kitchenware. Sports Equipment. Electronics. Furniture. Office Supplies. Toys. Foodstuff. The list goes on…

Decide where things will go before getting started…donate (where), sell (how), give to a friend (to whom), recycle or trash. Sustainability is encouraged — pay it forward.

It’s an easy game at first. Anyone can purge a few items, right? It grows more challenging each day…but the rewards of letting go and clearing your “stuff” increase exponentially, giving you space for more order which allows for new energy and possibilities.

Whoever keeps it going the longest wins. In fact, we all win because we’ll all end the month with LESS! Up to 496 items when participating daily.

90-minute call to meet each other, explain the process, share tips, and do a journaling exercise.

STEP 2: Daily Accountability WhatsApp Group Texts each day throughout March

Post a picture of what you’ve gotten rid of that day. See what others in the group are doing as well, which leads to inspiration and motivation. We’re here to cheer each other on. Let’s all benefit from the power of Interconnectedness! (Planning to be out of town for a few days? Plan ahead a pre-load your pics.)

STEP 3: Post-challenge group Zoom call*

60-minute call to share lessons learned and discuss ways to move forward.

Hi, I’m Shannon. Back in 2007, I hired a Life Coach in order to discover my true calling. One of the first exercises I completed was to list all of the things that I was “tolerating” in my physical environment. What started out as an exercise to improve my space, turned into a passion.
